We believe the practice of prayer shouldn't be limited by what someone can afford.
Ministries, shelters, prison programs, recovery houses — there are people in rooms right now who need a place to write it all down. Altar exists to get there. For every journal purchased, we donate one to a ministry in need. No application process. No waitlist. We find them, we pray over the journals, and we send them. This isn't a footnote to what we do. It's the reason we do it.
What qualifies?
We look for ministries actively serving people in need — prisons, recovery programs, youth outreach, homeless shelters, and more. If they're doing the work, we want to resource them.
